    SWF Objects

    Hi

I made a Stand Alone Type game with MMF 2 and then wanted to build it as an SWF. I purchased and installed the SWF Exporter and tried the SWF build but got object errors. I since learned that not all active objects are compatible with SWF (lesson learned).

So my question is, is there an easy way to swap out the existing objects in my game that aren't compatible with SWF with objects that are compatible or do I need to manually swap each object out?

    Thanks

I think it's active image. You can't use external files like that. There is a extension (Flash external images) that might work.

    Neither are supported in Flash.

You'll have to do it the hard way. If they aren't vital features to the game, you could detect the format of the game (EXE etc) with a certain Runtime Object and react thus, and ignore the errors (I think that's an option as of a new MMF2 build).
