    RSS, can't compile....

    Last week I was able to compile this www.javira.com/scores.zip

    But now I get this error (If I delete the RSS plugin, I am able to compile again)

    Loading configuration file C:\Program Files (x86)\Multimedia Fusion Developer 2\Data\Runtime\Flash\Flex\frameworks\flex-config.xml
    C:\Users\Tue\AppData\Local\Temp\Fla4860.tmp\Extens ions\CRunRSS.as(32): col: 12 Error: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: Vector.

    var data:Vector.<Entry> = new Vector.<Entry>();
    ^

    C:\Users\Tue\AppData\Local\Temp\Fla4860.tmp\Extens ions\CRunRSS.as(32): col: 33 Error: Access of undefined property Vector.

    var data:Vector.<Entry> = new Vector.<Entry>();
    ^

    C:\Users\Tue\AppData\Local\Temp\Fla4860.tmp\Extens ions\CRunRSS.as(32): col: 33 Error: Access of undefined property Vector.

    var data:Vector.<Entry> = new Vector.<Entry>();
    ^

    C:\Users\Tue\AppData\Local\Temp\Fla4860.tmp\Extens ions\CRunRSS.as(126): col: 15 Error: Access of undefined property Vector.

    data = new Vector.<Entry>();
    ^

    Really need help, as I have a deadline next week. And the RSS plugin is the only solution.

    BTW: Tried installing SWF plugin and RSS plugin again, no luck. Can't remember I have done any recent updates, so this is strange.

    - Tried a fresh install of mmf from the CD. Only install the SWF plugin and RSS. Same error.
    - Tried on a different PC, again same error.
    - Tried all the latest updates including 255 beta, same error
    - Tried the beta version of the RSS plugin. Still no luck

    I fear the latest Window update this morning has ruin something.

    Could someone please tell if they can build a SWF with the RSS plugin. And let me know if their Windows has been updated recently.

    Try setting the flash player version higher (10 or 11 instead etc), it defaults to a lower value than some extensions require so then you get compile errors like the one you posted.

    In my opinion when Clickteam makes new builds of MMF2 then should put it to the latest flash player value by default because a lot of people seem to run into this as they use 3rd party extensions.

    Good to know you got it working

    By the way, i think the reason 11 wouldn't work is because i added support for it myself and forgot but i don't think Clickteam has included it with the installer yet.
