Scrolling help? (Help Appreciated)

In your picture, you do not show the event list editor, but the action editor (no new condition).
In the event editor, click on new condition. A dialog opens with objects. Right click on the very first on on the top / left. Always will be at the beginning of the popup menu.

OK, you guys keep saying the same thing, and I've done the same thing easily twenty times, and it's NOT working. I appreciate the help but I was wondering whether someone has like a tutorial or example file I can download somewhere with scrolling set up because it's clearly not working on my system.

Make a background image bigger then the 640x480 screen, make an active object, give it eight way movement, go to events editor, first category, Always, storyboard events, Center scrolling or whatever it's called, set it relative to the active object. Not working

You also need to resize the Size of the Frame (not the Window). In the Storyboard-Editor it' s under "Frame size". You have to set the Frame-Size bigger than the current Window-Size (ex. Window-Size: 640 x 480 px, Frame-Size: 1280 x 960 px) for Scrolling to work.
