Having objects not present as the frame transitions in?

I did it once before but I can not, for the life of me, remember how to do it again. A little help?

Object Properties -> Runtime Options -> Create before fade-in transition. You won't see it for active objects, however; it only appears for extensions and input controls.

But I did it for an active object before. Why is the option no longer there?

if you're still having having trouble, try making all objects invisible at the start of frame, then after 2 seconds, (or however long the transition is) make them visible again. It should work in theory.

Here's an example of a pretty cool effect I use sometimes with actives after a frame transition is over if I don't want them seen right away. I use a global value and call it "fadein" after your transition is over have all the objects fade in that you want. You have to remember that nothing happens until the transition is over in MMF anyway. The application doesn't start any of the events until the transition is over. If you use this and have objects that move, you have to set more events so that after the fade-in of your objects over, then have them do what you want them to do.
