Anyway to Adjust or Change Volume with mci object?

Hey, I am using the mci object to play mp3 files. Is it possible to change volume or adjust or lower it?

Why don't you just use ogg vorbis instead of mp3? Then you can change the volume and you won't have any license problems if your product is successful enough. The MCI object is weird and quirky, and you'll have external dependencies. Besides, ogg is a better format, no license involved, and plays better in MMF2.

Sounds better, but with ogg your saying there aren't any external dependencies? So I wont have to load an ogg file, Like loading an mp3?

Just use "play sample" or "play sample file" to play an ogg file. What I mean with external dependencies is in this case a codec sitting outside your application, not if you load a file or not.
