    Because it's going outside of the visible area. Just centre the camera where you want it and move all your objects to the desired position.

    ok, I am still struggling with this format.

    I included an example.
    with some basic strings so I know what it's suppose to do.

    I followed example 2 for the sizes etc.
    what I am trying to see is what it would look on an IPhone 4/5 and Ipad

    do I need to adjust the text at the bottom for the ipad with the Ypos setting
    or can I leave them at the bottom..

    Basicly I want all the strings to show at the edges on each device..
    It that possible with what I have right now ?
    Cause it seems to move my ipad text not to the corner of the screen but further up..

    Do anyone have any idea of how to make the parallax scrolling work across all devices. In my iPad, the objects are positioned correct, but in my iPhone all the objects are positioned wrong. I guess the scrolling and parallax is based on the screen size, but does this mean I have to reposition them at runtime to work on the iPhone? Is it even possible to check what device you are using in the new xCode?

    For 3 months I am trying to figure this out, but I cannot get it to work properly..
    I would like to keep the 768 height as a default, and then change the sizes, so that it will fix for the IPhone, Ipad, Ipad Air etc..
    But whatever I do, It never shows right..
    Could someone please take a look at this, and tell me that I need to do?

    Question

    Thank you very much for your article, very informative.
    I have only one doubt:

    METHOD 1: THE CROP

    The age old method, the easiest, and the best one to use on a game you've already built and are updating. This is the iOS Exporter equivalent to hitting the 'zoom' button on your TV when the film doesn't match your aspect ratio. This is best used if your game only scrolls on one axis and has a set height (or, if your game is a vertical scroller on a horizontal screen with a set width, use 4:3 instead of 16:9).

    Firstly, you need to set your window size to 1366x640 (the iPhone 5 resolution) or any resolution with a 16:9 ratio. Here is that lovely Sonic picture at that ratio:
    Isn't iPhone 5 resolution supposed to be 1136x640?
    Is that a typo or for the "Method 1 - crop" do I have to actually use 1366x640 window size?

    Yeah, it's 1136, it was a typo, but I can't go back and fix it :-/
