Top-down scrolling?

I have Fusion 2, and I have a problem. I have made a top-down game (8 directions) but I cannot make my frame move with the character as he moves. He just moves offscreen. I've tried the help section, I've tried checking and unchecking the 'follow the frame' option, but nothing works. How do I make the frame center around my character?

Do the action "Storyboard Control->Scrollings->Center window position in frame" and set the position to 0,0 relative from your player. You can make this event occur always, or when the player is moving (not stopped).

NOTE: Ensure that you've also increased the frame size sufficiently.

All it says in storyboard controls is:

Start of frame
End of frame
End of application
Collision mask.

I don't see scrollings anywhere. Does that option appear when you download a certain patch? Or is that some other version of fusion 2?
