MMF and exe

When i build an app that uses the mooclick object it wont connect to the mooclick server. But when i click run application in multimedia fusion 2 it runs fine. Ive checked my firewall and it has nothing to do with it. Does anyone know what to do?

Still sounds like firewall. ): Have you tried to have your firewall completely off when you run the exe? If it works with it off then you may have a permissions problem...

I haven't tried that but i have checked the firewall multiple times and it always doesn't show it blocking it

Retry with the application property "compress runtime" unchecked.

I just tried it unchecked and it didn't do anything

are you using windows vista by any chance? I had lots of problems at first when I first tried using moo on vista.

1. Click start
2. Type "Internet Options" (without quotes) in the search bar and press enter.
3. Go to the security tab and turn down some of the options there.

Clearly it'd be alot easier for us to determine the problem if you tried to run your game without firewall on to make sure it's not that.

do u have internet sercurity? if you do then that might block it. The thing it blocks is called stdrt.exe.

Its got to be your firewall if its not Windows blocking it.
MMF has nothing to do with the connection not going thru.
