How to launch an url file?

I experience some strange behaviour when trying to launch or read a file in url format. How can I make MMF visit this website? Command line doesn't work. Reading the url from the file with the Ini Object and pass it to the Vitalize Object also fails.

This is the content of the file:
[InternetShortcut]
URL=http://www.myurl.com

The user should be able to edit the url, therefore I can't launch a fixed url with the Vitalize Object.

Edit: I can't even detect the file using the File Object. What's up with this file format?

Use The OpenURL object. Duh!
