RGBs from Color Selector (seperate)

This should be an easy question to answer (I hope). How do I get the individual Red, Green, and Blue Hues from the Color Selector? Is there an easy way to do this?

GetRed(<color>), GetGreen(<color>), and GetBlue(<color>)

<color> being the returned color expression which i don't know off the top of my head
