Flash Player Version?

There is a option in setting when working with SWF for "File Player Version", mine is set to 9.0.124. What does this option do? I have tried to change it to 10.0, but I dont see any changes, is there any reason to adjust this?

For compatibility reasons, 9.0.124 is the default minimum. If you require a higher version, then use 10.
