    Question Build Android Widget

Would this be possible with the current state of the android exporter to add an option to export as a home screen widget?
Are any devs working on this or has it been discounted due to lack of interest?
I would like to be able to create a widget, that's all.

Creating a widget would be cool.

One issue I know that was encountered early in the testing was the battery/CPU usage of the way MMF works.
Perhaps after the exporter is done and released James will have a chance to see what he can do in regards to widgets.

It would be cool to make widgets and live wallpaper with MMF.

I was gonna say, it might not be particularly economic, battery or RAM wise, to use an MMF2-built widget, since MMF2 runs in loops meaning it's constantly doing all of the checks rather than using triggers, so even when nothing is happening in the widget it'd still be running.

    Cool

It's something that should be considered as mobile hardware will eventually cope with the drain of power or CT can code a Widget specific run-time that caters for low power consumption. Either way, it should be done as it's another feather in CTs cap and everyone will be able to create cool widgets.
