Is there any way to update the list object across all frames?

I am using the list object in all of my frames. The list object has the same data in every frame. The ini is not an option in this case.

However, the list object cannot be global, so is there anyway to update it without having to cut and paste edits in every frame? I'm thinking I could create an event to import strings from a txt file and include it as a binary file when I build, but is there an easier way?

I guess that there isn't, so I just created an event at the start of every frame to pull all lines from a text file (in binary) and then I can read the new information every time. Much easier than cutting and pasting information into the list object. I hadn't really thought about this before.
