Create INI file in Application data folder?

Im using the INI Object to create Hiscore data for a game.
Under properties for the INI, there is a checkbox option 'Create INI file in Application data folder'.

Where will the data file get stored if i dont check this option?
Should i check this option, or should i not?

It will be saved in your user-directory, ApplicationData on the C: drive. You should check this option for Windows 7 or 8 games.
It is not a good idea to store the ini files beside your mfa, as when your game is installed in the Program Files directory it wont work.
When running in Flash, only the name and extension of the file has an importance : it will work wherever you put it.
