He's talking about when you set an object to mouse movement, the mouse disappears and even after you delete the mouse-movemented object the mouse will still be missing and unusable. I've been wondering about how to fix for a while now myself.

Simple: Stop using mouse movement, and just set whatever object you want to be as your cursor to x and y coordinates of the mouse, and then make the windows mouse cursor invisible. If you do not understand I can make an example.

While this does work, it has a different feel than the mouse movement. I'd rather have Mouse Movement fixed than using the "hack" that doesn't give the same feel.

Hmm, perhaps then, before destroying the mouse movement controlled object, assign it to another movement type right before destroying it? Like set it to static and then destroy? Does that remedy the issue because that should 'in theory' free up the mouse before the object is destroyed.

When using the mouse movement, the mouse keys are routed as a joystick. So left key is Button1, Right key is Button2. As the mouse is not visible, leaving clicking would have had no sense.
So just use the Text joystick condition.

Hello Francois. Is there any way to use multiple movements to switch back and forth between the mouse being a joystick and not?

i think you can do that if you add two movements to the player first movement, its mouse controlled, and the second one give him a 8 directions movement who can be controlled by the keyboard, also you need to use ini, if the player "mov" is 0 then its mouse controlled, if the player "mov" is 1 then the player movements switch to the second movement that is 8 directions etc...

Just for future reference, the forum search fetches 206 relevant topics for 'mouse movement click':

The only reason I mention this is because this very question was answered by me in this forum just a few weeks back.
