Question Randomizer Object alternative for fractional percentages?

I need to randomize results using percentage of chance, but Randomizer Object don't accept numers with comma
Example: The extension recognizes 0,598467% as 0%

Does anyone know any way to do what the extension does but using fractional percentages?

For random floating point values between 0 and 1, and with 4 points of precision, use: Random(10000)*0.0001.

Note that the largest random number the MMF random expression can return is 38526, and the Randomizer Object, 10922.
