[BUG] Pinball Movement -- (Trembling Issue)

The Pinball Movement (when finished), the object still trembles, Francois says he needs to fix it:

    http://community.clickteam.com/showthread.php?t=73933&page=2&p=545168&viewfull=1# post545168

I have verified that as of today January 5, 2013, it still needs to be fixed.

    Updated Details:

I decided to look at this a little more. It looks like the the animation state changes from Walking to Stopped (very quickly), once the object (should be) considered stopped.

The Movements in MMF2, besides the more recent Clickteam Movements controlled by the Clickteam Movement Controller object, are provided only for backwards compatibility purposes with TGF1 and MMF1/1.5. They are not intended to be used in MMF2 anymore, though you can use them for quick tests and prototypes/mockups.

Quite an interesting post, I've never seen anyone from CT make that as a comment or even have that in the Manual.pdf etc.

So, if that is correct ... What other things are only for backwards compatibility and what are the new equivalent/replacement functions?

I think he means that the movements are not fixed / improved because of backwards compatibility. They are still a major part of MMF2 so I find it strange if the only reason they exist is because of that. I have not seen such an official statement from Clickteam either.

That's not official, that's just the way it has ended up becoming. The Player Score and Lives are also backwards compatibility, but they're not buggy at all - just misplaced.

I thought pinball was one of the new movements though...? I don't recall pinball movement being in MMF1.5 or MMF1.0.

Yes, you are correct Chaos. It is one of the newer movements.
