    I may have found a small glitch.

    It's a very minor one, and I'm going to attach a file so everyone can see what I'm talking about. Here > Counter change test.mfa

    Now then, you have a counter that has a default of 0, and in the event editor you put a simple changing set of events.

    Counter = 0
    User Right Clicks
    _________________________
    Change counter to 1

    Counter = 1
    User Right Clicks
    _________________________
    Change counter to 0

    Though when you do this, it appears that the higher up event doesn't work at all, as it will not change to 1 when you right click. Though the lower event does seem to work!

    You can change the counter's initial value to 1 and it will successfully change to 0 when you right click, but will not change back.

    My attachment one more time. > Counter change test.mfa

    This is a logic problem on your part. You need to grasp that all events are run every frame, and detecting a right click in one event won't prevent the program from detecting a right click in another event.

    Consider the events that execute in order when you right click:

    Counter = 0
    User Right Clicks
    _________________________
    Counter changes to 1

    now 'Counter = 1'
    User Right Clicks (you've still right clicked, just because the previous event has registered the right click doesn't mean all events below won't also detect the Right Click)
    _________________________
    Change counter to 0

    Your counter has gone from 0 to 1 to 0 in a single frame, therefore it's undetectable to the eye.

    Here's the fix:

    Always
    - Set alterable value 'Has Clicked' to 0

    Counter = 0
    Has Clicked = 0
    User Right Clicks
    _________________________
    Change counter to 1
    Change 'Has Clicked' to 1

    Counter = 1
    Has Clicked = 0
    User Right Clicks
    _________________________
    Change counter to 0
    Change 'Has Clicked' to 1

    Or even better, use groups:

    Always
    - Activate group 'Detect click'

    Group Detect click
    ==============
    - Counter = 0
    - User Right Clicks
    _________________________
    - Change counter to 1
    - Deactivate group 'Detect Click'

    - Counter = 1
    - User Right Clicks
    _________________________
    - Change counter to 0
    - Deactivate group 'Detect Click'

    I see! That actually makes perfect sense. So that's why it always ends up at 0 again, since it just runs through all the click events at the same time and the last one in the chain changes it to 0.
    Thanks! This sort of work around should help me out quite a bit.

    And if you want the counter to change from 0 to 1 in a simple manner, just do

    On Click
    Counter=1-Counter
