Draw elastic link between two shapes

    Sorry for multi-questionning today
Is there a way to join two shapes together ?
E.g, I create an active object (a big circle) and another active object (a little circle). I want MMF2 draws between those two circles, and if I move the little circle, the bigger doesn't move, but the intersection becomes thinner and thinner ...

To sum up, how to draw between two shapes, and make the link like ...elastic...
(Maybe with physics or sth like that, but I just doesn't know anything at all about this)...

    Thanks for helping.

Here's an old example I did. It uses and active object to draw the lines. No physics. You could also use extensions such as the Surface object to do this. I hope this is what you were after

Popcorn, thanks, but it's not exactly what I need.
Here is a quick sketch of what I'm actually thinking...

Ah, I see. Well, you can probably get that effect using fastloops that creates active objects (or draw horizontal lines / shapes using the surface object) between the two balls, and scales them accordingly using some clever math.
