    Build Issues

    Hello,

In my "Preferences" of the General Tab, I have these paths for the Android Exporter:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platforms\android-15

But my build errors comes out to:
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    Buildfile: C:\Users\MIKE\AppData\Local\Temp\AndF3C2.tmp\build .xml

    BUILD FAILED
    C:\Users\MIKE\AppData\Local\Temp\AndF3C2.tmp\build .xml:83: Cannot find C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platforms\android-15\tools\ant\build.xml imported from C:\Users\MIKE\AppData\Local\Temp\AndF3C2.tmp\build .xml

    Total time: 0 seconds
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't know if the file paths are wrong or if my android platforms aren't fully installed yet.

    Thank you.

    - Mike

BTW, it had took me a while to get files for a certain platform through the SDK manager. Is this normal?

You have to download Android 4.0.3 (API 15) via Android SDK Manager I think

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6" sounds like the installation directory of the Java Runtime, not the Java SDK. Did you install the Java SDK?

    @ waw_demmon: Yes, I am going for 4.0+ files.

@Yves: I believe I installed the Java SDK, which allowed the Android SDK Manager to detect it and run. I've tried "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6" as well and have the same build error message.

I am using the latest MMF2 build.

Install the 32-bit version of JDK 6 and retry. The directory should be something like :

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_xx

I have did as such and got another build error below:

    Buildfile: C:\Users\MIKE\AppData\Local\Temp\AndD39C.tmp\build .xml

    BUILD FAILED
    C:\Users\MIKE\AppData\Local\Temp\AndD39C.tmp\build .xml:83: Cannot find C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platforms\android-15\tools\ant\build.xml imported from C:\Users\MIKE\AppData\Local\Temp\AndD39C.tmp\build .xml

    Total time: 0 seconds

It appears that I am missing the tools folder in the android platform even though I have downloaded the files already as indicated by "installed" in the SDK Manager.

Perhaps tell the Android SDK Manager to install everything for both API #14 and #15 (not sure which one is needed after all...).

It might be a user rights problem since it's trying to access a file in users? Maybe try running MMF2 as administrator so it has full access? Always worth a try
