Question Perfect 360 degree shooting AND perfect hit detection?

I've come across some tutorials and examples that give perfectly angled 360 degree shooting as well as instant bullet travel. I was just wondering if it was possible to have perfect 360 degree shooting as well as a bullet with perfect hit detection at high speeds.

Does anybody know if this is possible?

You can have pixel perfect shootingn ( essentially more than 360 degrees ).

Perfect Hit detectin at high speeds...hmmm...
A nested loop might do that trick.
One loop to Itterate trough the different Instances.
And one loop to move the specific Instances step by step.

Check out the sketchy example for 360 shooting, its collision perfect, though the 360 shooting can be done without a loop with also perfect collisions besides sometimes looking weird if you make bullets have the same width as the speed of the bullet.

Yeah I have Sketchy's stuff. He has perfect 360 degree shooting but you can't make them go too fast or they "jump" through walls before they collide. He also has instant bullet travel with perfect hit detection but I was hoping for very fast bullets that will detonate even on the thinnest surfaces. I've looked around but it doesn't seem like anybody's been able to do it.

You can do it very easily, it just take few modifications to sketchy's instant bullet example.
