Looking for high skilled Senior MMF Developer for development of Strategy Game Engine

I am looking for a senior MMF developer who is an expert in developing the engine for a strategy game like Pandemic (but then with high quality photo realistic graphics).
The game should be developed for the platforms Android and Windows.

The person:
*works independent.
*plan and manage his work efficient.
*has problem solved and analytical skills on high level.
*has the habit to add comment to the source code.
*can technical design and specify the game engine structure and items.
*implement code solutions whereby performance is optimal.
*has strong experience with strategy gameplay and mechanics.
*speak and write English very well.
*good communication skills.
*know the ins and outs of MMF development environment, including extensions.
*know object oriented development.
*strong development experience for Windows and Android platforms.
*big plus if experience with C/C++, to develop extensions when necessary.
*can perform structured development tests and functional tests to get the highest quality for
Windows and Android. Whereby test results are reported.
*can show previous relevant developed work and examples.
