    Android and ini

Hi all, a few weeks back I asked a question about Ini objects and the SWF exporter. http://community.clickteam.com/threads/80657-Ini-files-with-flash-SWF where I found out some limitations iŽn combining the two. I was now wondering If the same sort of limitation apply for the android exporter? for example can I freely set the search path for the placement of my ini file when using an android device or does it look down the location in a similar way that the SWF version does? and secondly does the ini file get restructured (line-breaks disapear and such) in the same way that the SWF does?

I was hoping to export my RPG game on to the OUYA, but wanted to make sure that my INI data files will work with the android exporter before I invest in it.

Thankful for any help. // Ed

I don't think you can set the specific path that the INI file goes into. Just set the file name and it will work just fine. Unfortunately, rooting on Android makes it easy enough for people who want to cheat to modify the INI file, but only for people with a rooted device. I don't know whether or not it will change the structure, though...

Thank you! Given that this will probaly be a mainly single player experience I don't worry to much about people fiddling with the Ini files. good to know that they will work however.
