ClickConvention 2013 is on August 31st - September 1st in Cambridge, UK.
The event is an opportunity for existing users and new users alike to come together, socialise and show off their creations, and to meet and socialise with the Clickteam staff. This year the convention is being combined with ClickJam (our global game jam) and will be held in Cambridge, UK.
The tickets cost just £15 which includes buffet lunch on both days! The first 10 people to buy tickets using the code "earlybird" will get a £5 discount - that's just *** £10 *** for a whole weekend of Clickteam goodness... so what are you waiting for??
Saturday (31st August) will be ClickJam where individuals and groups compete to design a game, based on a theme which will be announced on the day. There will be some great prizes and it's a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and socialise too. Everyone is welcome to come along and work on their own projects too, even if you don't wish to participate in the jam.
Sunday (1st September) is convention day, starting with Clickteam's François Lionet presenting the latest news, product developments and some exciting not-to-be-missed announcements! Users are also invited to present their own work and projects on the big screen, to Clickteam and other users alike.
In addition to these main activities, we will have optional social events including an Indian restaurant meal, a visit to one or more of Cambridge's fantastic pubs and, weather permitting, punting on the River Cam! It's a great weekend and a fantastic opportunity to meet new like minded people and make friends.
