    Description:
    Here is my new extension for windows-runtime. Its perfect to synchronize multiplayer-games with a timer (milliseconds).
    Included functions: GetTickCount,GetTickCount64

    Isn't built-in function timer doing same thing? And it's multiplatform.

    No, the built-in timer doesn't work when your application is "frozen". GetTickCount get always the time after the windows-start. Is your application frozen, the timer is not frozen, too.

    This is a windows-only problem, why would it be needed for other platforms?
