How to resize the game to fit in the Browser and keep the aspect ratio?

    Hi!

I just finished a simple educational game for a client (a museum). Game runs on a touch screen kiosk in the museum. The client also wants to put the game on the Internet. Since the game runs in quite a big resolution (1280x720) and 16:9 aspect ratio, some of the players could have problems with their monitors (with different resolutions).

Since my knowledge of HTML is very limited I can only manage to adjust size of the game to the size of the WEB browser. But the game aspect ratio (16:9) is broken that way (on 4:3 monitors game looks very squeezed).

Does anybody know how to make a HTML loader so the game will adjust to the size of the browsers window, but at the same time it will keep the aspect ratio.

Here is how the game looks now (loading could take a while...):

(Instructions are in Slovene language. But the game is very simple... just drag the flying ornaments with the mouse and drop them on the right place on the chest.)

    Thank you in advance!

Maybe I should include HTML loader for the game... As you could see, the size of the game is adapting to the size of the frame.
But is it possible to resize the game and keep the aspect ratio?
