[BUG] When clicking the desktop button, MMF2-made app doesn't minimise

Just want to bring attention to this widespead bug that causes applications to not minimise correctly when the 'heading' option is disabled.

I don't see how this is a bug? If it is, it's a bug in Windows itself, because it happens to other applications with no header.

I don't think it happens to other applications with no header... I tested with Winamp and iTunes which don't use the traditional windows header and they minimise properly. If they've managed to code around the bug then Clickteam can too.

There's a difference between using the Windows API to remove the window header and using the Windows API to customize the window header. Using Sphax Kernel Object I can actually remove the headers from those programs, then minimizing them doesn't work for me.

I see... is any extension in MMF2 that can customise the header? It seems like a bit flimsy to use a method of removing the header that isn't properly supported by Windows.

Well removing the header is meant to be used in conjunction with windows that cannot be minimized

As for extensions to customize the title bar, I don' think there are any. Each version of Windows has a different API with different abilities and it depends on the user's theme as well. It would be quite a feat to make such an extension but I would expect that it would be best used in a similar manner to Sphax' Kernel object.

Have you considered workarounds like using the Sphax Kernel object to add a title bar when the app is minimized and remove it when it is restored?
