    Problem installing the export module

Hi, this is my first post here.

I have recently just bought an Android smartphone and I would like to start developing apps for it using the MMF2 Android export module thingy. The problem is I don't seem to be able to install it.

I installed the Java Development Kit 7, and I also installed the Android SDK API 14, as well as some other stuff that was selected by default. I'm not sure if this was everything that I needed to do because when I open MMF2 nothing seemed out of the ordinary, except now for some reason whenever I try to create a new object, nothing shows up. My object list is empty. I'm not sure if it's because I installed it wrong or what it is.

I tried looking for tutorials on how to set up the Android Module but the only page I seemed to find was the one stickied on the top of this sub-forum, and it's not exactly very explicit, it just very openly describes the basic steps one would have to take to install the module.

Anyway, any help would be appreciated. I'm looking for help installing the Android Module and perhaps as to why my objects' list seemingly vanished.

    Thanks for your time.

    Odd
This doesn't sound like an installation "error" something stranger.

Perhaps try to reinstall MMF and update it and make sure all is well -- then add the Android export module.

I reinstalled MMF2 and updated it, and it sill doesn't seem to work. It only works when I open previous saved MMF2 files, in which case it loads all the objects with no problem. I can also now select all these different Stand-Alone Java options from the build type, does that mean the Android Module has been sucessfully installed?

Anyway, thanks for the link, I will have a look at it.

The objects not being in the insert an new object box wouldn't have anything to do with the Android Export module.
    Its a new one.

Yes please do fill out the form so we can take a closer look.

Java 7 is working now as far as I can tell. Java fixed the problem it had with the Android SDK.

The Java version doesn't have anything to do with objects missing on the insert an object dialog.
Waiting the the original poster to send in a request on the contact us form with his details so I can look into his specific issue.
