I'm just wondering what is the best way to create a health bar that consists of a series of blocks in a horizontal row (see this for example http://i.imgur.com/YK0ncho.png )
When the player gets hit by an enemy, one or more 'blocks' of health get drained. Also the player is able to level up and increase the 'maximum' value of the bar, which will allow for more health 'blocks', so doing that has to be possible too.
I couldn't figure out a way to do this kind of health bar with the various counter types.
