I'm hoping to. Last year, I was in a different country and doing freelance coding. I'm not now, so the only excuse would be busy-ness/scared at the thought of travelling like I did in Europe last November.

Why couldn't I have stayed in England for another few weeks? (Preferably forever.)

I hope to attend virtually too. I just need to know when it's going to happen in my time zone, which is UTC−07:00, just in case it will be too early or too late for me (though too late might not be a problem, since I might be allowed to stay up late (I think I sometimes have stayed up to around midnight before)).
