FTP Object tutorial?

I'm sure someone here has the solution to this. How do I use the FTP Object? Would someone mind making a working MMF2 file which demonstrates how to connect to an FTP server, as well as upload and download files?

I tried to do this on my own, but I received this error string: "421 Can't change directory to /var/ftp/ [/]"

Never mind! The problem was in the FTP Object's properties. I had to uncheck "Anonymous" to get it working.
