No, it's your facebook wall with your id but the example shown on my facebook wall (you can put your id if you want in the plist., It will work for your wall).
Do you Know a host file without registration? because I've tried with terafile but it does not work.
I looked everywhere on google but I did not succeed. Sorry
Why don't you want to register on dropbox or sth similar?
Or you may have a ftp with your internet provider ... ?
