installer removing extra files

hi-

i'd like to know why i can't remove some .arr and some .ini files that are populating the install >> build section of my program, when i no longer use those objects, nor have files associated with them?

for example whenever i try to build now, i have a list of a bunch of prototypes of when i was testing a .ini or .arr file, scrapped the idea, but now it requires that those files exist whenever i try to build them and it just looks very messy. some of these i can remove, but some of them when i select them to try to remove them, the remove button becomes grayed out.

any help with this (bug?) would be appreciated.
