    Question Best way to monetize game and are MTX possible yet for Android runtime?

    I am soon to release my first "serious" game on mobile and I am still thinking on how to actually monetize it. A paid app or MTX, even adding ads maybe (but I think not).
    From the very little experience I have with mobile I think I have heard that a free app with MTX is the way to go?
    Are Microtransactions working fine yet on the android exporter, and are they easy to implement?
    What are your thoughts?

    Free with in-app purchases and some ads is the way to go. If you have mmf2 developer, use the latest beta in the owner's lounge and you'll be able to implement microtransactions and chartboost ads.
    i would put chartboost ads on places in the game when the user might be about to leave (game over screen etc) and use the more apps function, with a "more games" button somewhere.
    even if you don't want to display ads, you can disable it remotely, or just put it in at a later time (f.ex use it for advertisement of your own next game)

    Thanks SoftWarewolf! Is it possible to test that microtransactions and ads work as they should before you actually release the game? Also are there any examples or tutorials on how to implement these?
