    Mmf2 license question

if I create a commercial app with mmf2 (not developer) what are license regulations?
Is it enough to write something like "made with multimedia fusion 2" in the about screen or are there any other regulations?

    From the product page:

"You can sell your creations commercially with this version but we ask you include a "Fueled by Fusion" logo on your credits screen."

In the help file you can find the runtime agreement -- This will lead you thru the required logo and credit listing for Multimedia Fusion 2 Standard in a commercial release.

In the help file I found the runtime agreement for mmf2. From that what is written there, I understand it that way, that a logo (with special size and distance-to-other-logo regulations) and a copyright note is necessary for commercial applications/games. I also understand it that way, that something is commercial, if it is not free or if it is for marketing purpose.
So freeware and open source apps do not require logos and copyright note as long as they are not used for marketing.

Commercial means it's used to make money, essentially. If you put ads on your game, it's commercial because it brings revenue. If you have no in-game ads but you put it on your own website that has ads, and the game brings traffic to your site, it's commercial (although I'm not sure if anyone worries about that scenario).
