Embedding fonts in game exe stand-alone without installation?

When I have to create a little kilobytes game, Is there a method to incorporate the truetype fonts in your application stand-alone exe (double click and stop!) without having to create the installation?

If the font used in game created is not pre-installed in windows, you must install it separately. :-(

Furthermore, the font is this (arcade classics truetype):

    arcade_classics_font_img_only.jpg

But I do not know which font is associated. In fact, if I not install another font (I don't understand which font associted is it), the squares appear instead of characters: / ()* etc.

I tried the game on another computer, and the characters mentioned above appear with the same font.

Further to that, you can follow the attached example to embed the font into the exe file itself, rather than just attach an external .ttf file.

Ok, Thanks again. But the option "INCLUDE EXETERNAL FILES", is helpful for this or I need store external files in the same folder of .exe if I want share the game, after builded? I would like embed all in .exe file stand-alone, so users don't need download files or install others. The game is almost a mega.

Ok! Tested and work great. You are really a genius! But to be safe, test the game on your computer without arcadeclassic.ttf installed (it may be that my computer is still installed somewhere!) If you can!

I had to give up the arcade classics font because although I paste the code and files following the guide, gives me the error "need external program ... fontembed.mfx not found" (when application is builded). I'm using the simple font "Arial" at minimum size, it is pre-installed in all windows (I don't remember if it was pre-installed in Windows 3.11!)

Is the MFX extension file in both runtime and extension folders?

    Yes.

It does not work when I build application and I try game in other computer. On the same computer, (with mfx extension and folder sets) work regulary running it by MMF2.

But in Internet there isn't an arcade.tff free font adaptable to all resolutions. I just know that I will achieve it by me!
Dines' tutorial is well programmed however, and I think I have to post a summary thread of my little work, due the fact that I have scattered several threads of the same game in progress:
