    MF2 cannot start

Can somebody help me with this issue?

I have bought the Humble Bundle version to try the product as a demo. But every time I start the program, there will be a small square appearing at the centre of my screen for a second and then disappearing. Nothing else happens after that.

    My spec is as follows:

    CPU: Intel Core i7-3612QM CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.10GHz
    RAM: 16.0GB
    System: 64 bit Windows 7
    Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GT620M

    Thanks.

    Hi and welcome

That small screen sounds like its the intro splash screen when MMF loads in extensions and what not.

Did you try opening it with Administrative rights?

Hi! I'm having the same problem, can you solve it? Or can anyone help me to solve it? Thank you!

EDIT: After trying everything I came up with, looking if any registry key was corrupted, and that kind of things, the solution was very easy. For me it worked when I put MMF2.exe in compatibility mode with windows xp service pack 2.
Hope this works for everyone else having this problem.

If MMF2 doesn't start then probably there is an installation issue. Uninstall it, reboot your machine, deactivate your anti-virus program, install MMF2, and then reenable your anti-virus program. Does this fix the problem?

    AdRJoR, that's interesting.

    I have solved my problem.

My solution is, as suggested by the dev of this software, to uninstall everything, turn off my antivirus software (Norton in my case) and then install everything back.

I even used manual key activation during the last step. And it worked.

So I am not sure if it was the turning off of Norton or the manual activation helped. But anyway, it works now.

    Thanks a lot for everyone.
