    email address no longer recognised?

Hi, does any one have the same problem:
I have bought both TGF2 and MMF2 from the Clickteam website, When I would upgrade to Clickteam Fusion 2.5 this email address (which I used to buy both applications) is no longer recognised, so I can't access my account?
Hopefully not a ploy to prevent to many upgrading in the time the special price stands.
    Herman

    Hi Hermanc,
as far as i know, You have to create a new Account because it' s a completely new Shop-System (at least that' s how it worked for me). You can still use the Voucher You received by the Upgrade-Request.
Somebody (perhaps from Clickteam) please correct me if i' m wrong.
    With kind regards,
    jahkri

    Hi Jahkri,
    Thanks for the reply.
That's what I did, but they did not move my purchases to the new system.
After filling out their form for the discounted upgrade price, I got again a error.
Just gave up and did buy GameMaker Studio Master instead.
Looks a lot more difficult but also much more powerful.
    Cheers,
    Herman

Could you perhaps explain in more detail what kind of error you got when you tried to fill out the form to upgrade for to Fusion 2.5 for a discounted price? If you're going to give up on something that easily, I can tell you right now that Game Maker is going to be too hard for you, since, in order to get anything good done with it, you need to learn a scripting language, and that is going to take a long time, and it is going to be really difficult. You might as well learn C++ or C# if you want to learn the scripting language in Game Maker, since they are only so much harder to learn than Game Maker's scripting language (C# in particular) and can get even more done than GameMaker or Clickteam Fusion 2.5.

Hi, programming languages are not really a problem. I started with JCL (Job Control Language) the ancestor of COBOL in the 60's on a IBM 1130 main frame.
Learned since: C, Pascal, Java and lately C# for Unity.
I used MMF2 mainly as a quick prototype tool, but for that there are several others suitable.
My main peve is simply the casual regard Clickteam has for their customers.
    Regards,
    Herman

    Hi Jeff,
Sorry if I came over a bit harsh.
But as an (very) old timer my neck hairs got up after reading you have a new unpopulated untested shop database.
I really hope this will not come back to bite you in the bum.
    Regards,
    Herman
