You can get the command line used to invoke your program with CommandLine$ in the expression editor. You have to parse it yourself, but there are widgets to simplify this for you.
Working as fast as I can on Fusion 3

Thanks I manage to make it 2 day later:

    Set Global String A to Left$(CommandLine$, Len(CommandLine$ ) - 2 )
    Set Global String A to Right$(Global String A, Len(Global String A ) - Find(Global String A, " ", 0 ) - 3 )
    Load text Global String A

    the secret was 2 space

    I couldn't sleep
Make it down to 1 line:
    Mid$(CommandLine$, Find(CommandLine$, " ", 0 ) + 3, Len(CommandLine$ ) - Find(CommandLine$, " ", 0 ) - 5 )

I dunno why the extra space in the end of the string

You're not accounting for multiple files or arguments before/between files
