    Quick question about alterable values

I have an object that has one alterable value. If I creat 8 instances of of that object in the frame I want them all to have a unique value in that alterable value but when I change it in one of the instances all the other get the same value.
    Am I missing something here?

If you pick one of them, by using the pick one of # event, only one of the objects will be triggered, and it's value will change.
Since one is triggered, the other's values will stay the same.

in the frame editor I have 8 copies (instances) of the level select object. I want to set their alterable value called "Level" so the first one gets the value 1, the second gets the value 2 and so on..

You need to use the Spread Value but this is not done in the frame editor, you need to do it through an events

Hmm.. would have been a lot easier to do it in the frame editor.. at least until I get better at using CF2.5
Thanks for the help! I´ll look it up in the help documentation.
