F2.5 physics: offset collisions with active picture

Physics objects seems to be colliding with active picture with an offset. I've attached a file showing the issue by comparing physics collisions with standard 8 dir movement collisions.

Bug or some kind of limitation of f2.5 physics?

I'm thinking it is a bug. Post it in the bug tracker here: http://bugbox.clickteam.com/
