    Generating Backdrops

    I've been stuck for a while now, as I'm making a randomly generated level using actives. This works fine, but after the map is generated (a small map for clarity), I want to create that layout using Backdrops (scaled up) as my platform collision uses Backdrops.
    It's fine for me to create the layout using the arrays I've set up, but I want to generate Backdrops using this - is there a way for this? Or am I required to change my platforming engine to check for collisions with Actives having a set Qualifier (I'm not a fan of this method though)?

    Is it not possible to add backdrops on runtime at all? Or am I missing something?

    I noticed "active backdrops", but I can't get those to work right it seems...

    You have to start with an active object, then you can use the action "Add Backdrop" or "Paste image into background" (both of which are under Animation). You can then set it to be an "Obstacle" and when you are done destroy the Active.

    Note: This method will always paste with fine detection and will not do "collision with box".
