Kinda. The AdSense TOS generally goes along the lines of "as long as the ad is relevant and displayed in accordance with the remaining TOS" you should be fine. What exactly are you trying to achieve? If you're displaying a web page in the web view with content and ads, then that will be fine. If you're trying to skim around using AdMob and using AdSense (kinda like a hack-around) then you will be violating their TOS. I've worked with AdSense since 2006, believe me, there is a fine line between what is allowed and what isn't. That's the best advice I can give.

Sure, I can't see why not. Although obviously you can't take my word as official as I don't work for Google, however from what I know, AdFly should be just fine...
