    Questions about Fusion 2.5

    Hi!

I'm thinking about buying Fusion 2.5 but I do have a few questions first:

    1. Which export modules are included and which do I have to buy?

    2. Is it possible to make an app that allows the user to email a picture with fusion 2.5?

    3. Do you get any discount if you already have MMF2?

    Thanks

    John

    1. The Windows exporter is included just as in MMF2. I see you already own the Android Exporter. You will be able to download the Fusion 2.5 version for free using your old reg number.
    2. Not sure because I haven't tried with Fusion 2.5
    3. Yes you get a discount. Check the home page.

It depends what platform it's for - for Windows and iOS you definitely can.

I haven't tried it myself for Android but this should work: http://community.clickteam.com/threads/70189-Android-Email-Beta

Alright.. But how hard would it be? I want an app that allows the user to attach a file of his choice and then email it.. I looked in the features list of objects and couldn't find any mail-object,, Then the file object doesn't seem to work with android in mmf2 would it work with Fusion 2.5??

    Thanks

There is an email object exclusively for Android that allows you to attach files as an 'attachment' and send along with the file. The file can be from any accessible folder on the device whether internal memory or SD.

The Mail extension object for PC is completely different and incompatible with Android. Android has it's own exclusive mail extension. So, to confirm again, yes it does work. Each exporter comes with their own extension set(s) that are exclusive to that exporter.
