Infuriating is this SDK thing! So, I'm new to Fusion 2.5, made my first app which didnt take long in comparison to messing about trying to get the Android exporter to work. Im still struggling to get the damn thing to work even after spending literally days reading through this forum, downloading SDK's, installing them, updating them, uninstalling them and wanting to scream! The time saved making apps has well and true been lost to sodding about with exporters and Im really angry right now as Im making no progress whatsoever.

I originally had installed the Android Studio, found out that it doesnt work any more with Fusion, so I uninstalled AS and installed what was recommended on here 'Android SDK 24.4.1' (I was already using the proper Java JDK), after updating the API's to 22, 23 and 24 and removing 25 (as suggested on here). Now, whenever I build and run my app in Fusion I get the build.xml error and I have followed all instructions on here and have had zero luck. I've tried changing the API version in my project properties but that makes no difference. Please help!

If i were you, i would uninstall all SDK related stuff (Android Studio, old SDKs, ...), afterwards you can also install CCleaner it removes all temp files and other junk that may left, but i would recommend this only if you know what you are doing.
After that install the old SDK Manager from Google --> https://dl.google.com/android/instal...dows.exe?hl=id --> the screenshot shows what i have installed and it works for me (API 24 and BuildTools 25). Also dont forget to change the API in the android exporter (screenshot).
The Java version i use is --> jdk-8u121-windows-i586.exe

Latest version of Android studio doesn't work. And you are showing in your file that you are using API-10. Change that to API 24 see the image from Manuel

And of course don't forget to check the SDK and JDK path in fusion (TOOLS --> PREFERENCES --> GENERAL) it should say something like:
"Pathname of the JDK directory --> C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.8.0_121"
"Pathname of the SDK directory --> C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Android\android-sdk"
