I had some issues with exporting an application but I just found the problem and thought I would share the logs in case someone is in the same boat;

I'm on r289.3

After exporting a blank apk and not having any problems it was obvious the issue was something in the project. I started stripping parts off and found it was caused by the Android InputType object. It was in the frame but wasn't used in any triggers. Deleting it solved the issue.

Hey, been a lurker for a while. Hopefully someone can lend me some insight I haven't thought of. Over a month ago I successfully compiled and uploaded to googleplay an android app, came back to it yesterday to make some changes and the compiler fails to build. Only change from then and now is the win 10 creative update. for the last 12hrs I have been trying to fix it to no avail, updated the SDK and JAVA , uninstall/reinstall both SDK, JAVA, click-fusion and exporter many times tried a few different build api's all return the same build fail error.

Followed everything I could found relevant in this post.
I used to have studio but have since removed it and used the file here to re-downgrade to 24.4.1.
Both JDK and SDK folders and link in fusion preferences

-Original build that worked then failed SDK build 24.4.1 Java build jdk1.8.0u_122
- Updated build that still fails SDK build 25.2.5 Java build jdk1.8.0u_144
Fails with My app or blank app.

Looks to me the build fails when it tries to convert the jar file to dex

Make sure that android Studio is not installed. Also did you download the API's with the SDK Manager?

Yes on both accounts, just double checked them to be sure.

Android studio is not installed,
SDK Tools 24.4.2 installed
All Build Tools from 19.1 to 25.03 installed
API's 19 to 24 installed ( had 25 and 26 installed but removed them in case that was the problem

can you build a empty frame?

if so, no problem with java sdk or android api and platform tools

weird is that you get a problem dexing a file like it is corrupted, did you try to reinstall fusion android exporter?

I have a question, any specific reason you are using 32 bits version for JDK

No can't do an empty frame, same error that log is from the empty frame compile attempt.

Reinstalled the exporter and fusion.

Its on the 32 bit java at the moment as I have both, I've swapped between both as I found multi reports of either being the problem the 32bit is just the last one I swapped to.( both result in same build error)

Yea I thought it was odd too, I checked the temp folder while the compile was in progress and the file is being created.
The weirdest thing was that I compiled my app few weeks ago fine, only for it to fail when I came back to it. The only change to the pc since then was then was win 10 creative update. (Aside from changes I've made now trying to fix it :P )

Also the 255 null returns is odd (that's a lot) most reports I've seen on here only have 1-2.

hmm I installed 1.8 _ 144 and build OK here, I did try 64 bit though.

just for testing if happens to have a antivirus can you disable during building.

All I have is windows defender, Turned it and all its protections off and attempted a blank frame build with both 32 and 64bit java with identical error.
