    Linux Exporter?

I was just wondering, as I have been hearing that lack of linux support is a big deal with my steam greenlight campaign, are there any plans for a linux exporter?

I would think so. But this was for the purpose of the steam greenlight campaign of mine. Linux steam users probably wouldnt be interested in a browser based port for their OS.

A work around may be to do a Linux port of Node-Webkit and your game running in HTML. Although, I am not sure how secure your assets would be using that method

Fusion 3 should have a Linux exporter, because we are designing the code so that it can be easily ported to other platforms (by just changing one library).
For MMF2.0 and Fusion 2.5 this is another story. Making an exporter is a big job, and we need some return on the time we invest in it (not much, but some). Linux users do not want to pay for anything, and expect everything to be free or open source. And we really have not many demands on an Linux exporter.
So for the moment, no Linux exporter, unless we have some demand.
And yes, a HTML5 wrapper maybe the solution.

    Android is "sort" of Linux.
I can't imagine there being that much demand for Linux exporters for most users. I will probably try running Android on one of my RasPis at some point just to see how well (badly?) basic (not graphically intensive) Fusion apps work on it.

Very good point Francois, I just did a forum search for a Linux exporter and came across your post above. I've changed my mind and I'll wait for Fusion 3 thank you!

Thank you Francois about the good news, do you have any estimate about when should we expect the release of Fusion 3?
