Which extensions do you have installed?
Some third party extensions might interfere with the build process and produce an invalid XCode project.
This can happen even though you aren't using it as the standard XCode export format exports all the extensions even if don't use them. This is to help you minimize the amount of times you have to re-export a full XCode project as you can simply transfer the .cci to your Mac whenever you make a change to your game.

From a quick look I saw you have the "WarGameMap" extension installed.
Try temporarily remove it from your iOS folder and reexport again.

If you can't find the extension responsible for the XCode projects not working, you can change the export option to be the "Final XCode project". Then it will only include the extensions you actually use in your project.

Does your project build if you temporarily remove the Scan object from your extensions folder and do an export?

Failed to load project at 'xxx' for an unknown reason

I had this problem and I solve it.

The reason is that your version of scan object is not the good one.
You've to download the one at this path :
    http://community.clickteam.com/threads/71480-iOS-QRCode-BarCode-Scan-Extension

You also have to remove the previous one that is installed with MMF2.5 to make it works (in my case I rename the new extension because I had some issues with the older one)
