Deleted objects remain in the object list, WHY?? How to delete?

    Hello,

Some objects, that are no longer in the code, and have no values or events inside, remains in the object list.

I did not find a way to delete it. Its that a bug?

Someone knows how to eliminate these objects?
    thanks!

Check your code... There might be still a leftover somewhere hidden...
Also restarting MF2 and the project will clear things up too.

    Hello Perry,

I just looked, and there is no event in those objects.
In fact, they do not appear in the EVENT LIST if i delete them from the FRAME.

They appear only in the OBJECTS LIST. If i add again, they show in the EVENT LIST.
They do not have internal events or values.

    I think is a bug...

I have had that happen too. I have heard it is a bug in MMF2 and I have seen it in Fusion 2.5. I am unsure how to remove it. What I did to limit performance consumption was reduce the object to a 1x1 pixel object with no alpha channels. I saw a thread here recently about this topic with some videos but I am not sure if it is a solution or explanation.

Usually there's a create event that you might have missed or possibly the object is tied to a group?

I already looked for events, and internal events.

And no, that object is not tied to a group... so, i belive is a bug.

Piscesdreams, reducing is a good idea...ill do that.
I added loadoncall to the object, i belive it wont be a problem for memory comsumption, but your idea is a good one.

I might change it and use it for another object since is there...

I cant say turning it into another object would be a good idea. I would be afraid of instabilities and unexplainable issues. It may be better to leave it as an unused object.

make sure theres no events related to the object.
On the frame editor theres a list of objects select that object in the list and press delete.
