"Cannot find k.mfx" when running a MMF2 file

After I get this message Fusion stops working and I have to close through task manager.
I can't figure out why I get the message. I have checked all the extensions and updated the ones that needed it and so on.

It's a big file but I think I will have to rebuild it from scratch in Fusion just to see if I can figure out what may be wrong.

It worries me if I have to rebuild the whole project if I am to use Fusion. I have billions of files and 10th of thousands of events and about the same amount of images and I can't see myself redoing the whole thing.

    Any advice?

    Fusion 2.5 dev, build 281.2
    MMF2 dev, build 257.12

I don't know what K.mfx or P.mfx (relation to other thread) are. They are not official Clickteam extensions...

I know there is one k.mfx issue that is stated to have been fixed in Build 281.1: http://www.clickteam.com/webftp/files/mmf2/ChangeLogs/281.1.final.txt

General: when you run the main application of a project and other applications are built as sub-applications, they weren't correctly built (incorrect "Cannot load K.mfx extension" message).
That bug fix seems to be in response to the French bug report http://bugbox.clickteam.com/issues/1251:
I have a project that uses a sub-application, when I change the mfa sub-application and I want to run the application that uses it I get a message "The following files are old or do not exist . Would you build? "So I click "yes" and an error appears "Could not find k.mfx".

Yes, it definitely has something to do with subapps.
Was there a fix for this or some work around?

This was fixed in 281.1 apparently... must be an internal MFX.
